Best Practice in Online Teaching will guide you through best practices in teaching/facilitating an online course. This fully online course helps instructors understand different aspects of online course management, including instructor presence, communication with students, time/work management, and accessibility. The course is designed for faculty that will teach an online course that has already been built. Upon successful completion of this course with a final score of 80% or higher, participants will be awarded a Best Practice in Online Teaching.

This course will take approximately 12-15 hours of your time and you will have 30 days to complete the course, beginning the day you start. 

Participants must have an existing online course that they have either developed, was developed and is currently taught online at the university, or have sufficient experience designing and developing online learning environments.
