Full course description
Evaluating Quality in Online Courses is a self-paced, facilitated course designed to introduce faculty, department chairs, deans and other stakeholders in online learning to the evaluation process and rubric used at VCU. This course will explain these concepts while informing participants of accepted best practice in the field of online course design. The course is designed for stakeholders who have access to an online course that has already been built, but a sample course for evaluation can be provided upon request. Upon successful completion of this course with a final score of 80% or higher, participants will be awarded an Evaluating Quality in Online Courses certificate.
